Looks nice

looks good, and as long as you like it, that's all that matters. It reminds me of my 607/608 cars. The green is brighter than original, but it was cheap, and I like them.

I think it looks fine but what matters is what you think.

You can even light it if you wish the truck will accept the same roller pickup assembly as the 807 passenger cars you just have to rivet it in the holes there are 4 the middle two are the ones used and should be a small hole in frame behind truck to run the wire for a light.

   Looks just fine, a nice custom 817 Green on Green with Black Frame.  What is the name of the Green you used on the shell of your custom painted 817 Caboose?  Steamer is correct very close in color to the old 607/608 Passenger Cars!

PCRR I will try and look tomorrow as it is out in the garage at present and the garage isn't connected to the house. I liked that green as reminded me of Lionel's apple Green.

Dude, that looks awesome! Wish I had a friend that I could trust to do that kind of paint work .... I know my own limitations when it comes to paint, so I don't trust me too far  

I really like that color scheme!

I think that's the same color I use in place of Lionel Apple Green.
