So, the trains are once again rolling along the track without many mishaps. That needs clarification. Without mishap means the grand children are not here. Apologies for blurry (shaky) pictures.

Looks great and love the drawers and wall décor !
Great space décor and layout. I would like to see the track plan and table detentions if you have them.
Dave, there wasn't any track plan. I just laid out the track and adjusted it as I went along. The inside loop has an O-27 curve on one end (on both tables near the door entry) and an O-31 on the other end. The middle loops are a combination of O-31 and some O-72 curves. The outer loops are O-42 with a couple of O-54 curves. It's a mish-mash of stuff cobbled together to make six operable, individual loops, each powered by an individual power supply. There are no cross-overs, turn-outs or isolated sections. I had envisioned an O-72 loop, but once the tables were built, it became apparent that the O-72 was not to be. My goal was to have three separate loops on each side of the room. There may yet be an elevated loop at the fireplace end of the room, but I am still not sure I want to embark on further building.
The room is 17 1/2 ft. by 13 1/2 ft. The tables length are just over 17 feet. The ends by the door are 4 x 4 and the ends by the fireplace started out as 5 x 5 but I cut off one corner to achieve the diagonal. The finished table height is 29".
Thanks Bob, That's how I've built all my layouts. For my next one I have a basic idea from looking a some designs by DoubleDAZ. I have acquired everything I need to do it at least twice. Enjoy your finished product and have a great Christmas.
Looks very nice
What a novel idea, using floor tiles for the platform. Makes for easy maintenance.
Nice! Where did you get the Shoney's Bigboy?
Bob, that’s got to be one of my all time favorite train rooms. Looks like it will bring you much enjoyment!
Brad
Very nice, Bob! Congratulations !
Dan, they are actually 12 x 12 stick-on carpet tiles. SouthernMike, I go the BigBoy on eBay. It's a bank. I took out the access for the coins on the bottom and added an LED light.
Very Nice...
The framework looks very sturdy with a clean assembly, versus mine, which looks like a madman was at work... lol...
At the bottom of the legs, are those adjustable screws for leveling.
If they are, I was looking for something similar at Lowes online, but couldn't find anything.
Can you provide any additional info...
Thanx...
Pat, don't remember where I got mine. It's been a long time. These are very similar, and available at Amazon, and less expensive than the ones I purchased.

Thanx Bob, those are just what the doctor ordered...
Pat, you should add a lock-nut to them. that way, they won't get out of adjustment once set.
Those are nice Bob!
