my older proto 2 sounds are always too loud and I have to turn them down but the new gs4 with proto 3 is on the soft side and drift chuff just adds echo and sounds dumb. I checked and it has the cheap china speaker in a plastic cup for sound. Has anyone experimented with speakers that are louder and have much better sound. I know I have some of the old digital dynamics speakers and they are awesome but no longer available. some guy advertised he had some but never heard anymore about them. Any help on this would be appreciated.I thought with the great sounds lionel is doing with the legacy engines proto 3 would be more competitive abut not in this engine. My proto 2 sounds and the old proto 1 and much better.
