My Story with Lionel Warranty Work
I had to send this SW2 in for warranty. I call their “Talk to Us” phone line. The next day they e-mail me a return authorization number and a return Fed-X mailing label. That same day I dropped it off at my local Fed-X office, which is inside a Walgreen’s Drug Store, only about 5 miles from my train room.
The issue was that the rear coupler did not fire and ten days later it was back on the railroad,
Comments from the Technician. Due to the coupler being defective, I have replaced it with a new one and it now works great.
