My Wi-Fi, Legacy hook up , lots of no TIUs found?

Hi all,

I finally got my MTH wiu, Lionel serial 2 set up working except I am having a difficult problem with getting a lot of tiu not found or active tiu not found. I am using a Samsung Android so I don't know if that could be the issue. What do you guys think? Hard time connecting with all these issues.
