I would suggest a visit to Dave Shaw at The Train Station in Mountain Lakes, NJ. I am not sure about a house call but he has been in the business a long time and he builds custom layouts.
What kind of problems are you having We are pretty close
Could you po st what problems your having ,perhaps someone on the forum can help you out,i live in Bayonne,but my knowldge is limited i also have legacy & tmcc perhaps i may be able to help you.
The NJ High Railers in Patterson NJ are sure to have the folks to help you. I plan on becoming a supporting member because of all the good works that they do.
If I was only an hour away I would be a full time member and get to the layout at lest once a week. This is not only for the fun of being with them but the knowledge base is awesome.
