Hi,
I'm having difficulty examining these two MTH items off their website. They were issued 7 years apart from each other. I wanted to know if the newer one is a reissue or used with the same tooling. I basically want them to match each other when ran together.

Going by the website they look the same and the catalog numbers appear to be in the same series but you would really need to see them side by side.
Unfortunately when I googled the. Catalog numbers it showed the same photos.

Looks to me like they are the same tooling and came out in the same catalogue, regardless of when they were issued. See page 86 of the catalogue link below.

I totally agree! I can ask to see them side by side from the dealer through email? Doesn't hurt to ask.
