I have an outhouse for my layout. The door opens and I am looking for a figure to sit inside. I probably need a 1:43 or 1:48 figure. Does anyone have any idea of where I might find this type of figure? It might accomodate a 1:32 figure if I knew the height of the figure when sitting. Any help would be appreciated. I have looked on Ebay but no luck.

I for one am not sure I even want to hear the "SOUND EFFECTS" for that!. But (no pun intended) to each his own. Many years ago my Aunt made a birthday cake for my Uncle (her brother in law). It was a white toilet, with yellow jello, and a melted totsie roll in the bowl.......................... I'm not sure I could eat any of it...........................Maybe a piece of the tank.................Lol
keil line has a o scale seated outhouse figure available
I went to both sites but was not able to find this type of figure. I tried to contact Arttista on the form they have listed but it was undeliverable. I would like to see what they have so how can I do this for either site? Do you have a model or part number?
Arttista numbers are 1301 and 1302 man and woman. I have ordered Artista figures form Oakridge Hobbies, and got good and fast service from them. If you just Google Arttista you can view the catalog and see for yourself.
If you don't mind me adding to this I have long been looking for a somewhere near scale Batman to stick on a building.
I saw an outhouse at my LHS, but it was $12. Flush as I was with excitement, I could not bring myself to go for it.

Figures from the Heroclix game system are pretty close to O scale. If you go to eBay and search "Heroclix Batman," you will see quite a variety that have been made in many different poses. These figures require some surgery to remove the bases, tho.
I often check out the local comic book and gaming stores for loose Heroclix figures. Many are quite plain and would look OK on almost any layout, and best of all, they can usually be had for $1 each or even less.

Re the outhouse acoustics...
ITT Products, module No. HQ2001....but I believe the 'effort' is decidedly male.
Re the figures from Arttista....Well, I saw them at Dennis' booth at York, so I'm sure they're available direct, too.
Lastly...and in no way intending to hijack this thread!...my similar search is for a standing figure peering through binoculars...for doing his/her duty on the forest fire watchtower. My tower is cobbled from an old Lionel beacon tower, but Korber has a nice new tower that could use the same figure. Hard to find.

Do any hobby shops or train stores carry Arttista figures?

Mercer Junction carries them. You have to call to see what is currently in stock and to order.

Yeah, I need help finding a figure, too - like the one that I had when I was 30.

I can relate to that. However...since I retired in June, I started going to the gym 4-5 days a week. I'm slowly getting back my girlish figure. Matt
