I have an RK Allegheny that has lost a small part, or it might not have been there when I bought it used, and didn't notice missing.

On the trail truck assembly, there are six small pieces that the axles fit in, and mine is missing one allowing an axle to be loose, and fall out.

Piece isn't listed  on parts diagram by itself, only the entire truck. At $20.00 it isn't unreasonable, but when I sought assistance from MTH, their reply was that the truck is not available. Picture's not the best but if you can view it enlarged you can see the piece holding the axles.

Anyone out there that might have this fitting, or a rear truck?undercarriage.

Both Lionel and MTH have an issue with these bearings.  You will never get one from them even with an item number.    I see this often.  Here is what I would recommend.   First, see if anyone who advertises on the OGR Forum can come to your aid.  Second, if that does not happen, send me one of the bearings and I can match it for you with my supply.  Maybe some member will have a junker they can help you with.

Also, some of these parts - or workable replacements for them - can be fabricated on the workbench. So long as the axle stays in, does not wobble in the hole and the repair looks OK, it's fixed. Plastic or metal (brass; lead) will typically do it. The parts can be held in with Walthers Goo, for example.
