I have a Lionel Legacy Blue Comet Pacific (item number 6-11335) that shorts the circuit breaker as soon as power is applied. The tender alone does not short out but the engine alone on the track causes a dead short. I have removed the shell and do not see anything that looks our of place or any pinched wires. The boards look clean and like new. I have tried both with the smoke units on and off but that make no difference.
Any suggestions as to where and how to check further?
