I have an MTH Op Dispatch board, 30-9022, the first release. The man returns to his stationary position, but the board does not stop flipping. I'm suspecting an internal switch is not operating correctly. So 2 questions: 1. Does someone have an exploded diagram and parts list for this? And 2. How does one take the thing apart? I pulled the 2 screws in the corners of the tan structure, but the top does not budge. What else do I need to do?

Looks like two people have asked about this accessory with no responses. So I'm guessing it's not too popular an accessory.   This current thread and this one:  MTH #334 Dispatch Board problem | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum (ogaugerr.com)

I have come upon one of these in my recent auction "box of stuff" acquisition.  It's in bad shape, but when I apply power (wired correctly, or simply with an inline switch to power), I get the lights on and all the boards rotating (changing train info) as long as I depress the button.

I was wondering if this item might allow me to press the button, get a momentary response just long enough to move the board one position:  DC12V Adjustable Infinite Cycle Loop Delay Timer Time Relay Switch ON OFF Module | eBay ?

Thanks, as always, for any sage advice!
