Need Motor Brushes for an O Gauge 1096 AF Electric Engine

Working on a 1925 American Flyer O Gauge Electric Engine. I need the motor brushes. See attached photos. I have tried other small Lionel brushes with shoulder in opening of brush holders but can't get engine to go forward. The armature moves slightly but does not spin.
