Very good news. We need not only modern but bring back the past. Also how about stations and stuff. Just please make these affordable for all and include smoke, accurate details and sound
I'd like to see boxcab electrics or diesels, that can run on tighter curves than O-72.

I would like to see the Amtrak Genesis done in the Phase V and Veterans paint schemes. Another run of E-8's in the phase II "cigar band" scheme along with the Railking Scale FP-45's in the phase II "cigar band" scheme would be nice. It would be nice to see MTH do the viewliners in a 4 car set with a baggage car and 3 sleepers and a 2 car viewliner add on set consisting of a diner and baggage dorm.
Amtrak did not own any FP45's. But for a RK engine, it is "kinda close" to the SDP40F. Now, did the ATSF FP45's ever run on Amtrak trains on the ATSF?

MTH did do the Amtrak FP-45's about 3 years ago and I own the powered and non powered units. They are great pullers and have a great soundset. If you remove the front railings as in the following video they are as close as you can get to an SDP40F.
That single level Amtrak cars with the FP's looks like a mid 1970's EMPIRE BUILDER,

I would like to see a model of the Amtrak ACS 64 Electric Locomotive. They pass my home many times each day. MTH already has a very similar model that came out several years ago so making this model would not be an expensive release to make.

When small children come to watch trains with parents, they all look for Amtrak. The PRR, NYC, SP, UP and others we grew up with have no interest to youngsters.

AMEN!!! That would bust the budget, but I'd gladly welcome it!!
How about adding in the recently delivered new Amtrak baggage cars?
I gladly ordered the F40PH w/ scale wheels from MTH and I'm looking forward to it. I missed many other ones that were offered.
I still hope that we'll see the Genesis in the newer wave scheme re-released with PS3 and scale wheels.
Here is an easy one!! How about a Genesis in the anniversary phase III paint but in number 822?!!!!
