I am trying to buy (2) 2 packs of containers for my husky stack cars. And of course I want the free Menards lighted stake trucks. The price of the containers is 19.99. I think I am entitled to the free trucks Menards is offering to all train purchases 19.99 or higher. The problem is when I add the free trucks to my cart, it adds the price of the trucks. Anyone got a solution? Mark from Menards...….Can you help me out? Thanks to all

I THINK THE PRICE IS ADJUSTED AT CHECKOUT.

GG1GUYY is correct.
I just purchased the brewery and the free truck showed at the checkout....Paul 2
I agree. Try going on to check-out and see if the price is adjusted. If not, then call Menards.

There’s no number to call. Email guest@menard-inc.com if thinks don’t work out, but what others have said is correct. Proceed to checkout, where the price of the truck will be adjusted to zero.

Just went to my Menards "cart". Took as far as credit card info. I was still being charged for the "free" trucks. Didn't want to go further. Don't need a fight on my hands trying to get my money reimbursed for the "free " trucks...……………MARK...………..WHERE ARE YOU?
Boy! a customer service live person over the phone sure would be nice about right now.
Looks like most of the containers do not have the freebe promo attached to the specific item. Probably a programming issue.
Maybe Mark has a job, a life and a family to spend Saturday afternoons with. He is very good at responding, as can be attested to by many here.

Yea, maybe. Was just trying to get this worked out before the promotion run out on Easter Sunday. Wouldn't expect a response on Easter Sunday from anyone, Mark included.
I am trying to make a purchase too but NO Menards trucks are showing up in my cart. Does this mean they are out of stock?
Hi Guys,
I hope everyone had a happy Easter!
Today (Monday) is the last day of the free stake truck promotion. I checked and the promotion is working correctly BUT you will have to add the trucks manually to your cart. It looks like it's just a small hitch in the ordering process but at least we have a workaround.
Here's a link to the truck. Add it the truck to your cart and make sure to update the quantity of trucks in your cart to match the qualifying items (i.e. if you want to order two sets of containers, you will have to update the truck quantity to 2). In your cart, you will see in red text the promotion subtracted from your total.
I hope this helps!

I did add the free trucks to the cart but couldn't get the charge for the trucks removed during checkout. I noticed that now the containers I tried to order have the note stating that this item is eligible for the free truck. Yeserday that note was not on the listing for the containers. I see now thats probably why I couldn't get this order placed. I went the route of emailing customer service but have not yet received a response. This is a case of speaking to a live person in the customer service department would have been nice. Thank you Mark for the reply.
