RMT has just delivered a custom run 3-rail o-gauge boxcar to the SEPTA (South Eastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) in Philadelphia, PA. This boxcar follows a SEPTA BEEP diesel (2 diff #s), caboose and flatbed trailer truck that were released previously as SEPTA exclusives.

It's at 1234 Market Street in Philly. Located in the lobby. The boxcar doesn't show on their website. But they have a nice HO scale Kawasaki streetcar.

Most likely it won't. Limited run exclusive stuff is thru the store only, not online. You have to call.

The SEPTA box car costs $49.95. I received a Senior Key Pass discount of $7.50. With tax it was $45.85. Purchased the car at the SEPTA store at 1234 Market Street, Philly.

Well it's good to know they are still available and it's also good to know what they cost. My daughter bought one of the SEPTA Beeps for me at the SEPTA gift shop a few years ago. It's one of my favorite engines (because my daughter bought it for me). But at $50, I think I will pass on the box car.
For information purposes. I did not know about the car until I stopped in the SEPTA store. Is there another reason?
