Finally after a couple months the addition to my layout building is almost complete. Now I have to take all of my track plan ideas and wishlist and try and fit it all in here.

Try not to have any duck unders. Also try to have large curves.
Make a lower second level storage area first.
I don't want to have any duck unders. Are you suggesting a lower level yard of sorts or just storage. One of my ideas was to have a single grade down to a lower lever with a reverse loop and some storage tracks inside the reverse loop. I am having trouble envisioning how to get down under the l girder bench work. I will have a large flat spot where my ross turntable and round house are going to be.
Some progress in the last couple weeks. Roundhouse and turntable are going to be the focal point and so they took priority to place.
