Lionel's new Legacy Auxiliary Water Tender arrived today I opted for the Chessie Steam Special to go with my T1 and it is pretty nice other than a couple flaws.
The good is that the sounds of this tender are absolutely spectacular very loud and deep as I would expect from Legacy sounds. Mine came pristine with no broken parts, packaging issues or chipped paint.
But about the paint, it seems to be too bright, in some light its extremely noticeable in other light not so much. except the yellow, the yellow is clearly too bright, it also seems to be a bit small but it looked that way in the catalogue so thats not a problem for me. But the paint was much more dark in the catalogue, some photos to compare the size and paint.
