I have a brand new MTH Chessie railking loco. I have been fighting with it for 5 days. I run 4 track . I can run just about any way.

I am going to try and post a video as well. The engine hisses and screeches and screams for no reason. I lose it on the app. If there are other trains on the track, I lose the train onthe app. Sometimes it works fine. Most times it doesnt. I have reset the engine dozens of time . Both the ordinary and factory reset. I have spent HOURS and I am baffled.

I am replacing it. My point is, is this common? I have had a few small issues with other locos as well.
