When will I get my OGR Subway Membership Club card in the mail?
This is my first subway set, I thought it would look good running on my upper loop. Nice set, great lighting and sounds. Everything worked great right out of the box. Got this from Trainworld at York on Thursday, for a nice price.
This is the MTA R-17 30-20181-1 with Proto 3.

Yes, that horn and buzzer are typical NYC subway sounds.

Horn and buzzer are indeed correct, but the buzzer you typically only heard at the beginning of a run, when the conductor (five cars back) signals the motorman that it's okay to go, or a single buzzer signaling the conductor not to open the doors (say if the motorman sees he' going to over-run a station platform)
MTh most likely inserted the buzzer sound into the PS3 bell slot for a lack of anything else to put there (since subway trains do not have bells--although work-train diesels do)
