I was at a LHS at saw this from Woodland Scenics...
Made room for it on the layout, looks great ... the roof is has some shine which I need to attend to but that's it.
Here is a pic from the site.

Looks like a great building. How big is the footprint? The web site does not say
Al
Foot print is 10" x 12".
It is one of my favorite buildings: good size, interesting look with lots of features on every side, and fantastic detail in the window shades etc.. I love it, and bashed it slightly and changed its name - still keeping to the rock-music theme though, into the Creedence Clearwater Brewery, as shown here. I plan to continue getting all the WS built ups and will customize them a bit, but they are just spectacular, all.
I agree about the roof but some flat clear lacquer takes care of the shine.
Lee,
I put a Lionel smoke unit controlled by an adjustable VR in mine. Reduced the smoke output to more prototypical levels. Looks and works great.

That is a great idea. I have a couple of smoke units, I might try to do it too.
Lee,
It's a real nice touch. I attached mine to the underside of the roof with tubing. I feed it fluid with a removable piece of tubing that I drop down into the stack. Wood stove fluid.
I wasn't happy with the look of the smoke coming out of the stack, though. Too "straight up". So, I made a baffle with a piece of screen with a tab on it that changes the flow of the smoke. Works real well. I'll remove it and take a photo of it if you'd like.

Great looking structure.

I got it. I'm a bit busy with other projects but plan to make the change to that and one other building - a great idea!
DO THE DETAILS ON THE LOADING DOCK COME WITH THE STRUCTURE?

Yes.
That's an excellent building! I'm going to need manufacturing on my pike.

Myabe a transformer and breaker factory?
It would have to be pretty big! And it would mean making more pieces of transformers and breakers... ugh! Let me get this finished and then we'll talk about it.
It's one of my favorites from the pre-built structures they have released so far. I am glad that Menard's is releasing the plumbing supply building this year but I hope that Woodland Scenics release more industrial buildings soon.
Structure looks wonderful. Woodland is turning out some nice ready-builds.
What's next? Densmore Skin Care Products? Kreiger String Factory?
How about Elektra Records?
I really like this one, I also like the Doors and Jim Morrison reference.
Do the WS buildings need a power supply or is there a +/- wire hook-ups?
I love mine. I'm going to change it over to a small independent plastic film company. Building is almost a duplicate of one I helped turn into a film company. From outside, except for a storage silo for plastic pellets, everything was hidden inside Extruders and feed bins. Dock will hold pallets of boxes which will hold finished rolled sheet plastic rolls. Boxes of slitted outages which will be re-ground and mixed with fresh plastic pellets. Also a new sign.
I seen a similiar building in which fishing lures and reels were produced. "Pachners Co."
