I have a new TIU that does not work. I have checked fuses and they are fine. I have done factory reset and reset remote. No matter what I try I just get "No engine to add". I have tried multiple locos and it can not find any of them.
What is so frustrating is I just had this happen with a customer's TIU. We sent it to MTH and they sent it back saying there was not a problem. All they did was upgrade to the newest version of software.
The reason for the post is to see if anyone else has had similar experience with TIU's.
