Hardens as soon as the UV is applied.

Our local news station has a weekly segment called Does It really Work, and recently tested this product, with satisfactory results. It was given a unanimous two thumbs up by the folks who helped test it. I wonder if it is similar to the UV Bonding treatment for teeth?

Probably is.  Photochemical polymerization activation has been around for a long time.....

     You are correct. This technology has been around since the 1930's but the theory has been around since 1894. It came in to its own just after WWII.
