At the top of the page there are links to various ways of listening.  If you have a podcast app on your phone or tablet, use that and search for A Modeler's Life and then episode 245.

If you want to listen on your computer, the podcast is available on YouTube:

They've misspelled Norm's last name .

I really admire Norm Charbonneau and his work, and the more exposure the better.  However, that podcast is sooo annoying - a couple of guys laughing at their own inside jokes and babbling on and on about nonsense.  I gave up after less than 10 minutes.  And it goes on for an hour and 45 minutes!  IMO, much better to watch Norm's videos on YouTube.

I tried to listen to that podcast a couple of years ago and it was the same junk.  Went back this time in the hope that it would be better.  Sadly, no.  Makes my brain hurt.

"Makes my brain hurt."

I see your point entirely.  I only listen to AML podcasts that have a guest or topic I'm greatly interested in.  You do have to listen to some talk that is insider banter, which could be considered drivel compared with, let's say, a well done documentary interview.

As this particular podcast goes on, there is more and more Norm, and lesser amounts of the hosts bantering.  So being patient is essential to get into this.   Norm has lots of interesting stuff to talk about, including his own evolution as a scale modeler in three rail.  Some history of the hobby as well, since Norm has been involved for about 30 years, give or take. Lionel Strang, the main host, is a gifted modeler who used to write and model extensively for Model Railroader.  He can be,  and admits to being,  a bit irritating .  The first 10-20 minutes are often Lionel and his friends shmoozing largely irrelevantly to the topic at hand.  Caveat emptor. The price is right, of course. Free.  And the open admiration of scale modelers for someone modeling at a high level using three rail track is relatively rare and a delight to hear.
