One of my other gifts was supposed to be a Polar Express Elf handcar. I picked it up last month and set it aside for Christmas. When I opened it up, it looked different. When I looked more closely at the box it clearly said, "THE POLAR EXPRESS North Pole Central Elf Handcar". The box had Polar Express graphics all over it so I picked it up without looking more closely. My bad but why is Lionel packaging non Polar Express items in Polar Express boxes? Has anyone else noticed anything like this? How are the other North Pole Central items packaged?

Yes. It is the part number of the NPC. So how "collectible" is it?
