The spring show to be held on March 3, 2013 at the Clarion Hotel in Essington, PA has been cancelled due to a scheduling error. Those who had paid for their tables in advance will have those tables at the August show. Some vendors had just called the sponsor and asked them to reserve tables without giving contact info, hopefully you will see this notice, and not show up.

Can you update your title with Essington Show in it? There is another post going around asking about the show's status for the March 3 date. Lucky I saw this or I'd be one showing up and find no trains anywhere in site!

Yes, many of us were already packed and ready to go. One of the principles forgot to confirm with the Hotel and they assumed they didn't want the room and rented it out to someone else. They only found out Friday when they called and asked to come in and look around for changes to the table layout and were told, sorry you don't have a room. Everyone who they knew who had paid for a table should have gotten an e-mail or call, but some people just called and said I want X tables and I'll pay you when I get there. Hopefully they will get word one way or another.
