NS Office Car Special with Penn Central Heritage in Pittsburgh | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

On Monday, the Penn Central heritage SD70ACe came back through Pittsburgh leading a very short office car special (OCS). Among the railroaders and railfans of Facebook, the rumor is that the brass hats are some of NS's network rationalization folks. I caught the OCS (along with two other trains) at Glen Osbourne and Rochester, PA, after the train (NS 951) stopped at Conway to recrew.
