I've read that people sometimes do small lots of decals for sale. Anyone know of a source for the yellow striping on the older CNJ diesel switchers?
I now see the limited availability of "O" decals. Its a shame.

Make them on a PC with Excel. Print out on gloss photo paper. Cut paper to fit.
Paste on using 3M spray glue. Spray dull Cote over the gloss paper and weather.
Walter of RMT might be able to advise on the decals.
Think I used some from a sheet of Rio Grande Microscale HO back then on my Vulcan switcher.
Still nothing out there I believe.
Also .... Tom, who owned Tom's Trains in Scotch Plains NJ, sells decals in his eBay store. I believe he is working with Microscale now to develop the decals you are looking for. Look for them in late spring or early summer.
