I installed six O-gauge K-Line O42 switches on my Lionel layout, which is based on tubular track.  Most of the switches work like they should; except for one.  Recently, the swivel rail on the misbehaving one (a RH switch with RC) became slightly misaligned when thrown in the CURVED position; the swivel rail isn't "seated" in the notch of the outside rail, so a train "bumps" over the switch with a lurch. Not enough (yet) to cause a derailment, but it's worrisome.  Is there an adjustment for this?  I know there's an adjustment screw on the underside of these switches. Is that an adjustment for the travel of the swivel rail?  Advice welcome.
