Joe's Model Trains has an interesting track painter consisting of a paint bottle, offset stem nozzle and rotary paint roller. Has any Forum member used this device in rail painting, seams that it is much quicker application than brush painting. Unit price is reasonable as are replacement rollers. I have both Pollyscale acrylic and Floquil enamel in rust and rail brown and hand painted some track, has anyone used these paints with this roll painter? If used, did the paint have to be thinned with water/Floquil solvent for the right flow viscosity also has the Floquil paint/solvent attacked the paint roller assemby?
