You all have never failed me in the past when I came to you asking for referrals to a model of an O- scale moose or O scale chicken wire. Well, here is my latest request. Does anyone know where I can get an O scale circus clown with his arm extended and, in his hand, is holding a rubber chicken like you can buy in a joke store? Even better would be just an O scale rubber chicken. I have access to the clown figure. This is not a joke. I need this for a circus scene that we are creating.

Thank you in advance.

From the thread title I thought you were talking about me for a second there.

Ah well...I've been called much worse.

Good luck in your search.

As silly as it may seem, My son is working on a rather fanciful circus train, "Bungling Brothers' Circus". On the rear platform of the caboose, rather than a conductor holding a lantern, Chris suggested that we place a clown, in a conductor's hat, holding a rubber chicken. The guys on the scenery forum have come through for me with my past, seemingly, oddball requests for scenery projects for clients. This one is for us.

Someone with a 3d printer could print you one from any of the available 3d rubber chicken objects available freely on the web.  Or you can find a 3d object you like and have it printed by one of the online printing services such as Shapeways if you can't find a friend with a 3d printer.  Typically a service like Shapeways will have much finer detail than a home 3d printer but I'm not sure it matters much for a small rubber chicken... and I do not know what kind of price you would have to pay an online service for one tiny chicken.

The request rang a bell, (or honked a horn) and my fuzzy memory kicked in - the British 'Omen' figure range has a 1:43 white metal clown figure carrying an umbrella. I think some judicious file work could make a passable rubber chicken.

Skim quickly past all the nekkid figures on this page.........yes, quicker........ and check the clowns at the bottom. Part # is OME51

While everyone is looking for the clown and rubber chicken, do let me know if you run across an O scale figure of Pennywise.

Definitely a figure for that ... um...alternative front-porch scene of yours

It would complement that exact scene nicely if I could have Pennywise across the street peaking out from behind the church......
