O Scale ditch lights | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

My friend Brian Huang needed to bring some of his engines up to 1996 FRA rules with ditch lights. We measured the type shown here on the Bloomer Railroad and had Glenn draw them up and I printed. Using a 402 SMD LED I flooded the hole with Canopy Glue and when it dried I think it looks great. I did also cut a lens out of glass but the think the straight Canopy Glue looked better.

Very nice job guys! I was lucky to grab some of the old Overland brass deck mount ones from Bill davis a few years ago, but these do look great!
