odd behavior of OGR forum on galaxy 4

wb47OGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I have a Galaxy 4 phone. I have never had trouble with OGR forum viewing on it until recently. When I connect at home via wireless, all is fine, but off site, the Hi-rail, 027... topic will jump every 3 seconds, mysteriously, the "for sale" forum does not do this. Any thoughts, is there some "update" that I need to make it quit? Thanks for any help.
