Odd TIU Failure

My # 1 of 4 TIUs (Ver L w USB port) failed. Evidently the Var 2 section set for Fixed Voltage has been putting out DC voltage for a while and all Outputs have now quit transmitting the DCS Signal.

With my volt meter that automatically identifies AC or DC the Var 2 posts were showing 19V AC Input and 20V DC Output when nothing is connected to the output.

It will be interesting to see if it can be repaired.
