Ok, so I got the the notice in the mail I need to renew my subscription. Put in my zip code and the Renewal Code and NOTHING HAPPENS, I get bounced out, is their an issue renewing on line?

No issue that we know of.... If the problem persists, we want to help so please call into the office tomorrow and press 1 for subscriptions. If lines are busy you will be prompted to leave a message.... Thanks for your renewal!!

Your system does not recognize my zip code or the registration code on the renewal form. My email apparently no longer allows me to sign on as I tried that and your system tells me its not found. Unfortunately, I did not have my label or I would have tried that. I got tired of messing around with it and mailed it. Not what I wanted to do and not what I expected.
