I'm working with the hard copy now, but for me this is the problem.  There is no index with which to refer to my specific questions and I've spent a lot of time looking for the answers.

First - Since I bought the digital copy, can I access it again?  If so, I don't have info about passwords, etc, that I used when I bought it, whom would I contact?

Second -  The hard copy I have, includes HO but doesn't get that far into PS3 O.  I am moving into 2 rail and some of the PS3 HO features are needed like the ability to sense which rail is carrying which signal, is this feature going to be available in O?  Can you use DC power?  Can you use DC power on a early MTH PS2 2/3 (started as 2 rail) engine?  Can you use the DCS HO commander with O?  If you can use DCS with DC, can you use one TIU for DC and AC at the same time?

I have the latest TIU version with remote, can I also use a remote from a the first version TIU in order to have 2 handhelds available?

I assume HO uses the same TIU is that correct?

I would guess these questions are answered in the book, if so what chapters?

Lastly, PS3 engines can be operated by DCC, but DCC engines can't be operated by DCS, correct?

That's an engine question. Contact MTH.

Can you use DC power?  Can you use DC power on a early MTH PS2 2/3 (started as 2 rail) engine?

Yes and yes.

can you use the DCS HO commander with O?

Yes, as long as you don't draw more than 6 amps.

If you can use DCS with DC, can you use one TIU for DC and AC at the same time?

You can use the fixed channels for AC or DC and the variable channels for AC only, simultaneously.

You can mix and match any DCS TIUs and remotes as long as they all contain the exact same DCS software version.

I assume HO uses the same TIU is that correct?

Yes.
