Try Strasburg Train Shop. I was in a few weeks ago and they had Strasburg RR items. Not sure if they are the ones you need. (717) 687-0404.
I was fortunate enough to pick up Mill Creek off eBay some months ago, but haven't seen any others since. The Lionel baby madisons in Strasburg livery are plentiful, but the scale 64' cars are just so nice and re-mindful of the real Strasburg (which I'm only 1 hr away from).
