Atlas just shipped us today.....40 containers and Bay window cabooses. Im going to try to get invoice for the preorders out this weekend, and then have whats left up on the web for sale. I should have extras in all the containers....I bought all the extras that Atlas had left. Same with the cabooses, actually, but some of them i will still be sold out. I'll get what left on the web as soon as I can.
2 bay fishbelly hopper car orders from MTH being firmed up, and I'll have artwork up this weekend. Our special runs will be NYO&W, and Cllnchfield. (The NYO&W scheme was their last hopper car scheme, which no one has done before). I saw these cars myself up at the old Fort Sharks yard in Orangeburg, NY, before they were all scrapped. They will be available in 2 rail! Im the only one ordering 2 rail from MTH, so it takes a bit of doing...but they have been very helpful in working with me.
OOOhhhhhhh.....And i almost forgot...Im getting a bunch of black unlettered fishbelly hoppers from MTH in 2 rail too.
I'll also be getting some Lackawanna hoppers from Steve Nelson to have for sale, and I'm working on more special stuff with MTH and Atlas.
FWIW...just so u 2 rail ppl know.....Im only doing MTH premier cars that are in the late tooling category. These cars are so much more detailed than the early tooling cars. They are as detailed as Atlas Masterline. The early MTH Premier cars, are more like early Atlas trainman.
Any of the special run cars that im doing with MTH will be really nice cars. Many 2 railers are surprised at how nice they are.
