I just found this layout video - it's of a massive O-gauge layout where the owner has a 3-person crew to take care of it...I could use their help . The video needs Youtube to watch on, link below.

That's spectacular. They said it's in the basement of "a millionaire," but I suppose the owner has quite a bit more than a few million if they have a "Project Engineer" in their employ for a model railroad. Thank you for the link, Paul.

Looks like somebody doesn't want everyone to watch  it now.  I'm sure there are many impressive but unknown layouts in the country.   Model Railroad mag had a story about a hobby shop owner that was curious about several years of purchases of O Gauge stuff by two adult brothers and  finally got the courage to ask about their layouts.  The story was full of pictures of a fantastic  basement size empire, quite the eye opener for a magazine that was not known  for O Gauge.

Click on "watch on YouTube" - it will play in a new window.

If that doesn't work for you, here's the link:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZeJRO_UGe2A

YouTube is another animal altogether and it is challenging to find well-done = great narrated videos. This 3-rail layout deserves nothing less than the Allen Keller treatment, but unfortunately, I don't think he's making videos anymore. Actually, I cannot recall that he made any 3-rail layout videos...there were some O-scale, and outside 3rd rail layouts filmed, but mostly he covered HO layouts - the largest off the top of my head was 80 ft. long by about 30 feet wide, probably was in a ranch style basement.
