I just noticed this short video on You Tube this evening. This is one of my favorite clips from OGR, The Video….. Jim Ford’s talking Niagara…………..How I wish that this was available as a sound option! It’s really neat!

I came across one of these but don't remember specifically which steamer it was. I had the hobby shop at the time and was at home one evening and had received a small shipment of brass locomotives from Mike's Train Shop who was my best distributor at the time. Was running each one a few laps around a 'floor oval' upstairs when we heard this unusual voice. The boys were so excited as I was surprised to hear it. What it said will have to remain a mystery because it wasn't "I think I can" that much I do remember! Lot's of fun...

I remember someone had posted about the talking engine a couple of years back. After reading that topic looking at what was said, I started cracking up. To have an engine that sounds like the one in Dumbo would be every kids dream. Great video, nice looking Niagara.
