As a kids, my brother and I would always try to see how fast we could make the trains go, with out falling off the track. Most of the time we would never see the actual train transition from rails to trails. Today I got to relive that moment up close and personel.

I put my original Marx train engine on the small oval for the first time in well over seven years. As I watched the small engine making it's circles at what I thought was a very conservative and cautious speed, with no adjustments by me, the engine decided to execute an ancient acrobatic maneuver know as a ""Roll-Over". I was absolutely amazed at the speed and accuracy of the execution. Notice how the loco planted the landing. A "10+" on anyone's scoring charts. Perfect placement in the landing zone. Not even a scratch on any vehicles on the road next to the tracks. However, it was necessary to send the drivers of the two trucks home to change their shorts and find an alternative route of travel for future excursions.

What a great day. I'm still laughing.Marx 999 Turnover
