Could anyone look up something for me in the 1925 Official Railway Equipment Register (ORER)? Grand Truck Western had 20 40' milk cars built 1923-1924 that eventually became Central Vermont 530-549. I want to know if the cars had the same numbers under Grand Trunk Western. Both railroads were Canadian National subsidiaries and I think in some cases equipment transferred between the two was not re numbered. I don't know when these milk cars were transferred. Milk cars are listed under passenger equipment. Thanks.
