Why am I posting this? As someone who has to fight having my works distributed without my permission, I tend to notice these things.
Lately I see posts here where an entire article from another site or organization is posted, rather than just a link to the story. Looking at the sites being copied, their own TOS clearly say you must have their permission to do so.
Please, if you have permission, say so. Otherwise, please get it or simply link to an article. I see many here complain when their pictures are stolen for use elsewhere. The same goes for the written word (or music, in my case). It can also avoid an extra headache for Rich, if another entity complains to OGR and he has to police this great place even more.
