I was able to phase my ZW transformers but I have guestions as to phasing two type R transformers to each other and then to my in phase ZW transformers. Any advice is certainly appreciated.

Phasing of almost any transformer is the same procedure. Connect the commons together and measure the voltage between the high-side connections of two transformers. If it's more than a few volts, flip the power plug and measure again.
On the R, you first have to pick what you want to use as common, "A" or "B", depending on the voltage range you desire.
