Can't take pictures of the kids at ye olde railway museum...

Why bother taking them to the museum, then? Kinda hard to take pictures of the equipment when kids are running all over the place.

I just spent two weeks in Scotland, and several days in London. I took photos all over the place, at all times of the day and night. I photo'd in the Glasgow subway even, and spent several hours riding around the tubes in London. I had no problems at all myself. In fact....... (wait until the next Midweek photo thread.)
