If you have the Lionel Corp Pink 400e..I would be interested in your thoughts and any photos if you have them.
Thanks,

Just one word: BARF!
I do NOT do "pink" on ANY trains!
I have the set with the 384 and passenger cars. I like it.
Wish I could afford the 400E set with the 200 series cars to match the Girls set.
To each his/her own to be sure, but I never have, and never will understand the boys' and girls' sets!
Neither original set sold well thus making them scarce since the leftovers were repainted.
Again, there is no accounting for personal choice except what YOU enjoy!
The Pink Sets--love them or hate them. I have the 408 set from a few years back.
It is really well liked by the girls in my family. I ran it under the Christmas Tree a couple of years ago. I got a lot of compliments from both friends and family.
Sunrise,if you send me an email,I'll send you a photo of my set.

The pink 400e looks stunning! I thought I would not like it but turns out it was a beauty. We had the whole set in the shop. It was beautiful!

I have the pink one and have only test run it as I'm just starting to get my layout up. I also purchased all the accompanying freight cars for it.
Frank,
Nice! Thanks for taking the time to post and share your photos.
Thanks again,
Craig
The Pink one looks great! John
Frank & Terry,
I appreciate your wanting to share your nice photos, Thank you!. I'm sure glad that there are others who also enjoy the long lost thrill of "pink". How can anyone not like the beauty of nickel/ brass trim against the color combination used by MTH & Lionel? IMHO It's downright elegant. As stated earlier it's stunning & beautiful. What else can one say.
Great photos,guys!
Norm
Can't wait to see mine. JR Junction had a price to good to pass up. Ok I'll say it bright colors make me smile. Frank did you get the crane car also?
That set is so cool following the colors of the original Girls Set. Enjoy it.
