Guys, if you live near Dallas/Ft. Worth there is a huge train show at the Plano Convention Center this weekend.  Layouts of every gauge including one of scale S and the other is our club's American Flyer layout.  It is 40ft. long and 10ft wide.  There will be over 200 tables of trains and train stuff for sale.  Come and see it if you can.

I was visiting my son/grandsons who live in Plano and attended the show.  The grand kids were astounded at the number of trains and the different scales.  I even managed to pickup a couple of items I was looking for.  It was a nice show with many vendor displays and lots of items for sale.

Thanks for posting.

Ron

PS when is the next show?

Our club helps put this, and the January show together. This was the first year for a fall show in Plano. The January show is a good bit larger than this first fall show was. January has more dealers, and will have certainly have higher attendance.

By all reports, this show was better attended than the fall show it replaced in Ft. Worth. Final attendance figures have not yet been reported to our club members. I think everyone had a good time though.
