Dear All,
Sometimes you have to really hear and feel the trains...
You can tell I used to race slot cars !!

David, at least we have volume control. The video was fun to watch.
Thanks David, that is really cool. Did you get dizzy spinning around with the camera?
Just one question though. How do you get in and out of that room as the door appears to open inwards?
I enlarged the video to full-screen on a 23" monitor. I got dizzy watching it.
I don't know how David kept from getting dizzy recording the video.

Hello Nicole & Vince
In front of the door is a hinged drawbridge that hinges downwards when not in use. I find if I concentrate on the train I don't get too dizzy !

Dear All,
A bit more dizziness.....

Thanks David. But you are being so cruel by showing me a glimpse of those beautiful Spam Cans without letting me see them running. My earliest memory is of being held over Whitley Road bridge by mother as an un-rebuilt Merchant Navy class pulled out with a London bound train. I shall never forget looking straight down the chimney and being enveloped in wonderful warm cloud of coal smoke and steam. Is it any wonder that I'm a card carrying train nut?
What are the dimensions of that room? It looks too small to be a bedroom.
Very nice.

Hello RoyBoy,
The railroad is squeezed in 90 inches by 95 inches - just enough room !

A very small clip of the Spamcans....

Thanks David.
Wow, what a great race, or races, depending on the video. Seems to me that sound, or noise, as it were, does not present an issue here. To those who spend countless time and effort to eliminate electric train sounds, these videos should be a must-see and must-hear to bring back all those childhood memories of what fun we all had running all those noisy toys. Great stuff David. Keep them rolling.
