I've molded machine screw threads into items, and made a 3/8"&7/16th blind/unbacked stud mounts with JB weld.

I just spread a thin layer of grease or vasoline on the screw (or in (long) nut) and screw into the stiffening, or plunge into wet JB Weld. I usually turn the screw gently a hair during end of the 5 min. cure to assure it doesn't stick fast.

Using stainless hardware to mold something like this, then later swapping for normal hardware is suggested for best results.  I can't see lock-tite's version being too different overall.
