Does anyone know how to wire Atlas Switches using the controller from a postwar Lionel 022 switch. I have a PW style layout and I would like the switches to match the rest of the control panel/stand. I an not very good with electronics and I can't get them to work.

I would assume it's just common to the center wire and the two outside contact wires to the switch coils. The center of the switch coil goes to power.
Of course, the lights won't work with Atlas switches like they do with 022 switches, you don't have the contacts internally to remove power from the coils. You may have to take the bulbs out to avoid current flowing all the time to the switch coils.
Atlas switches can withstand only momentary contact. More than 2 seconds can burn out the coils. I throw mine with capacitor discharge ,shown here
