Does anyone know of a good matching touch-up paint for the ol' Tuscan (Red/Brown) Lionel Irvington/Madison/Manhattan Pullman 2600s? or is the color called something different?

I have 2623s, 2625s, 2627s, and 2628s with chips and signs of use.

EDIT: also, take a look at this picture. See anything funny there?

Is there anything to do about paint that looks like this? (besides repainting)

It looks like some mildewy/moldy something got to it while in storage over 30 years.  I have warm soapy water & bristle brushed it as much as I dare and just thought I would ask. It seems to really like the paint on the 2600 heavyweights, but it is also on my NYC F-3s - but they kind of look pretty good, better then the Madison's anyway. I have found little to nothing about this sort of 'paint rot?' or 'paint mold/mildew' online - am I searching the wrong terms?

I tried a car polish/wax in my garage kit because.. I dunno, I couldn't find anything else. I tried to use the light in the pics to show the defects that remain. Nu Finish car polish (I imagine that most any car polish would work) - It looks a good bit better, but is far from perfect. I needed to use plenty of patience with a micro-fiber cloth to get all the dried/dusty wax/polish out of all the nooks and crannies/rivets. You can still see some wax dust on the NYC F3 roof fans

Yes, and just about perfect for that highly desirable "deferred maintenance" look!

Right?!?!
the polish/wax seemed to make the paint look hydrated again - it was hard to look at and not consider a repaint. it's taken a little work to get all the waxy dust out of the little spaces, but they are mostly back to that acceptable "deferred maintenance" look
